While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. Payment

Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards via Stripe or Paypal. We no longer take orders by phone or email. Card payments are made through a secure server. 2020 Tea Company do not store any financial details on this website, nor do we share your personal details with any third party companies.

Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd class

Orders over £25 are shipped FREE of charge via Royal Mail 2nd class

Returns

2020 Tea company under normal circumstances do not accept returns on Tea due to the perishable nature of the product. However, we are more than willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your Tea or if there are errors in your order, please email us via the Contact Us page within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with the service and products we provide, and of course - we are always happy to help.
